“We cannot all do great things, but we can do small things with great love, and together we can do something wonderful.”

– Mother Teresa

Sponsorship has the power to change the life of a child living with special needs in Kenya, and to provide critical support to families caring for children with disabilities.

For just $50 a month, you’ll help an extremely vulnerable child to receive medical attention (includes all regular care as well as any therapy or surgery), appropriate educational placement when possible, home based care and support to families, and advocacy in their community. Most importantly, you’ll be showing God’s love in a personal way to a special child.

Below, meet the children who are waiting to be sponsored by someone like you.

Jamin Wafula

Age: 17

Jamin lives in rural Kenya and has autism.

Jamin lives with both of his parents, who are peasant farmers, and with his five siblings. He was diagnosed with autism at the age of three. Jamin currently attends the St. Joseph’s Special School. He loves to play with toy cars. With the help of a sponsor, Jamin will continue to attend his school, will receive the advocacy and medical support he needs, and will have the opportunity to reach his full potential.
