“We cannot all do great things, but we can do small things with great love, and together we can do something wonderful.”

– Mother Teresa

Sponsorship has the power to change the life of a child living with special needs in Kenya, and to provide critical support to families caring for children with disabilities.

For just $50 a month, you’ll help an extremely vulnerable child to receive medical attention (includes all regular care as well as any therapy or surgery), appropriate educational placement when possible, home based care and support to families, and advocacy in their community. Most importantly, you’ll be showing God’s love in a personal way to a special child.

Below, meet the children who are waiting to be sponsored by someone like you.

Godfrey Anguche

Age: 17

Godfrey lives in rural Kenya and has a physical disability.

Godfrey lives with both of his parents, who are peasant farmers, and his three siblings. He is unable to walk since he contracted meningitis, which affected his limbs. His wheelchair broke some time ago, and he is currently awaiting a new one. Godfrey undergoes occupational therapy and attends the Nyabondo Special School. He loves to play with balls. With the help of a sponsor, Godfrey will continue to attend his school, will receive the advocacy and medical support he needs, and will have the opportunity to reach his full potential.
