“We cannot all do great things, but we can do small things with great love, and together we can do something wonderful.”

Sponsorships

Sponsorship has the power to change the life of a child living with special needs in Kenya, and to provide critical support to families caring for children with disabilities.

For just $50 a month, you’ll help an extremely vulnerable child to receive medical attention (includes all regular care as well as any therapy or surgery), appropriate educational placement when possible, home based care and support to families, and advocacy in their community. Most importantly, you’ll be showing God’s love in a personal way to a special child.

Below, meet the children who are waiting to be sponsored by someone like you.

Jackline Akinyi

Age: 14

Jackline lives in rural Kenya and has a cognitive disability.

Jackline’s father died when she was two years old, and her mother died when she was six. Jackline is very active, and has a pet cat, who she loves. With the help of a sponsor, Jackline will continue to attend the Chamakanga Special School, and will have the opportunity to reach her full potential.
